Missouri Veterinary Dermatology Center Introduce
The Missouri Veterinary Dermatology Center (MVDC) in Wentzville is recognized as a specialty practice devoted exclusively to diagnosing and treating complex and chronic skin, ear, and allergy conditions in companion animals, specifically Dogs And Cats. For pet owners across the Missouri region, especially those in the St. Charles and St. Louis Metro areas who have exhausted general veterinary options, MVDC offers a critical resource: focused expertise, advanced technology, and a deep commitment to improving the quality of life for pets suffering from persistent discomfort.
Unlike a traditional general practice that offers Primary Care and General Medicine, the MVDC team concentrates their knowledge on the nuances of Pet Dermatology and Veterinary Internal Medicine related to these issues. They understand that chronic scratching, persistent ear infections, and debilitating Skin Diseases can drastically diminish a pet's happiness and the quality of the human-animal bond. Their specialized approach is built on a foundation of thorough Diagnostics And Treatments, aiming to get to the root cause of Allergy Issues and Chronic Skin Disorders that often go undiagnosed or inadequately treated elsewhere.
One powerful testament to the clinic’s impact comes from a customer whose experience was truly life-changing for their pet: "Our cat has a auto immune disease. We went to 2 other dr.'s before here. Our cat seemed to be getting worse at each visit... We came here hoping for a miracle... Our cat is on her 2nd week of meds. She went from not moving to up to playing with the other cat... I was so relieved to come home from work today and she greeted me with her meow. I haven't heard her meow for 3 months. So trust me when I say try this place you will be amazed." Another client echoed this relief after finally finding answers: "This completely changed our lives. We just moved to Saint Louis, but if we need anything for Dermatology, we'll be coming back here. It killed us to see our dog in distress and not having any answers. This was a blessing! ❤️"

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- They are wonderful! I came in with one of my dogs after waiting for 4 or 5 months from an appointment. I was expecting just another let down from another veterinary practice. However, I was WRONG, and happy to be! They were very knowledgeable, professional, and great with communication. Their online questionnaire was amazingly thorough. I was impressed with how many things they asked that I never would've even thought about. Our dogs have been through so much pain and discomfort due to the negligence of vets and their carelessness, that this completely changed our lives. We just moved to Saint Louis, but if we need anything for Dermatology, we'll be coming back here. It killed us to see our dog in distress and not having any answers. This was a blessing! ❤️ June 04 · Stacey Taylor
- Our cat has a auto immune disease. We went to 2 other dr.'s before here. Our cat seemed to be getting worse at each visit. She was down to 6 pounds and just stayed in a box. We came here hoping for a miracle. But expecting the same as the other 2. Let's try this or that. We got a appointment pretty fast. Got called back. Had a new vet student check out our cat and asked questions. Then the Dr. Came in. Checked her out and said we can fix her. Yes the price is a little high. But let me just say this we spent that much at each of the other 2 vets and it got worse. Our cat is on her 2nd week of meds. She went from not moving to up to playing with the other cat. She had scabs all over. Had swelling in her legs. Not anymore. I was so relieved to come home from work today and she greeted me with her meow. I haven't heard her meow for 3 months. So trust me when I say try this place you will be amazed.Thank you guys so much for caring for our animals like we do. July 28 · John Schwent

- It was expressed to me that it was crucial that the medication my pet required be refrigerated when in route to me from the clinic. Although my personal information was forwarded to the clinic via email they failed to record an accurate home address over the phone. For this reason the $900 prescription I purchased took an extra 36 hours to reach me ( in the month of July) and the medicine was ineffective. Staff refused to take responsibility for their own error. I'd like to add that Missouri Veterinary Dermatology Center initially responded to my review of their poor service by adding my email to their spam. And once again Missouri Veterinary Dermatology Center has added my previously removed email address to their spam blast. I'm prepared to petition for a no contact order if the harassment continues. - They will schedule your appointment 6 months out from when you set it up, won't send any reminders until 24hrs prior to the appointment then will charge you $100 if you have to change/cancel. Go somewhere else if you have a choice. August 04 · Daniel McGrane
