Mt. Scott Animal Clinic Reviews
Finally. A veterinary clinic both animal owner friendly and professional in their care and concern for my dog. From start to finish, from custodian to veterinarian the entire process was handled perfectly. After Stewie was operated on, they called to follow up as to his condition. We have already recommended this facility to other pet owners. Very pleased with everything.
May 01, 2025 · Geoffrey Van BurenThe staff at this clinic really care about their patients. The facility is very clean and everyone is friendly. The vet and vet techs (I've had appointments with Dr. Sandiford only) are extremely empathetic and clearly communicate a path of treatment (both for the vets and what the pet parents can do at home). Would recommend to anyone looking for a new place to take their babies.
May 01, 2025 · Jennifer WDr. Chicory Eddy has made this vet clinic unusable for us. We have a note on file that we no longer want to see her after a horrible experience, but following a family member experiencing her so similarly proves this is just how she operates; shaming every pet parent who comes to you for help, is disgusting and screaming at your staff is just as gross. My dogs and I have had wonderful tech experiences, but the stress the vet causes makes any pros null and void, frankly.Although my dogs have notes we don't see Dr. Eddy, I no longer feel confident in that being followed through on -- There's been staffing changes which have caused my family member to be moved from the fabulous Dr. Jacqueline Houser to her, and the experience has gone downhill so quickly. I do not want to risk my dogs experiencing such poor care again. And the owner's responses in the past year are awful- dear owner, please don't bother. I love your techs so much and will miss how they remember my kiddos, but the lack of accountability from one of your doctors shaming your clients and making a hostile work environment for your employees is shameful.I went back and forth between 2 & 3 stars because of the juxtaposition of the super good bits in this clinic. There are some super wonderful people here who do really care for animals.I hope I remember all the names of folks we've had great help from in addition to Dr. Houser (who I see has moved to hospice) -- Dr. Kimball and Sanderford have always gotten on the floor along with my dogs which I love, and Mindy, Gina, and Ren always remember them; I do apologize if I've mistaken their names because they've always been so sweet in remembering my dogs and their quirks. I do wish it was enough to overcome everything else, and it's sure not their faults it isn't- they're fabulous and if seen, I hope they know they are great and we appreciate them so greatly! we hung on for them
Apr 19, 2025 · Hannah FortuneThank you Mt. Scott !!! You have shown up time and time again not only for my personal animals who I still bring there for the past 10 years but now has helped one of my senior clients who ended up taking in a stray cat which happened to be pregnant and at the young age of 92 was not able to take care of 8 little kittens… they took my urgent call with so much compassion, empathy, and willingness to jump in and help - also giving updates that we can share back with our sweet client who loves her sweet friend bootsy -
May 01, 2025 · Sara HoffmanWe've been clients at Mt. Scott Animal Clinic for about 7 years. During the pandemic we weren't satisfied with the service we received. But Mt. Scott Animal Clinic is very close to our house. So we gave them another try recently and wow! They have really changed! Excellent and kind vets!
