★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Always a good experience. Dr. Klingsporn is the best! We bring all 5 of our pets to him. They love him!I recommend him to anyone looking for a vet. They are always thanking me for the recommendation.
April 06 · Rose WoodsThe team at Northshore Animal Care is extremely professional, while at the same time being warm and welcoming. My dog truly loves going there to see her friends. I know she’s getting excellent care.
July 30 · Leslie VillasenorWhen I first started going to this vet clinic they were great. Now, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!! The last two times were terrible. I went the second time because I had one of those wellness plans paying all year and it was time for vaccines. I was hesitant because the new staff were concerning, and when we got there and were taken into the exam room I was told mandatory to muzzle my furbaby. A dog who had been seen in this clinic for two years with no issues. I was told that they now are muzzling all the dogs because some dogs who seemed sweet had bit them. Well, let me tell you why they got bit. This new vet tech and the assistant tech who came in later, handled my baby like a bag of trash. The vet gave the vaccines and then nails were to be clipped so a second tech came in. She was holding my baby and one side of nails was clipped. The other two legs needed to be clipped and they flung him around like a bag of trash getting him all agitated, which I fully understood. I was thoroughly pissed but I didn't want to agitate my baby further, so I let them finish. Then, the tech who kept telling me he'd give me a deal, logged the vaccines incorrectly and they contacted me a few weeks later to come have a vaccine that I know was already administered. They checked and sure enough, but what if I'd just said ok.???..my baby could have been sick or died from over medication!!I continued to pay the monthly plan and was going to let it run out. But, my cc was compromised and had to be cancelled so the automatic payments were not paid. The last one or two is what they're claiming. After I messaged the office of why I wasn't renewing and said, I'll send you a check for one of the two payments, I get a snotty email from the vet telling me it's not a prepayment plan and I owe the two payments. No concern, no apology for what I encountered, AND I told them, I thought maybe it was my experience but in speaking with a former neighbor who also used that clinic, they had a similar experience and also were not going back.No business sense, just about the FN money!!It wasn't that way when we first started going there, but it sure changed. My advice, look elsewhere for care for your furbaby!!
May 04 · Karen GrayI took my senior cat there as a walk in first thing this morning. She had been peeing blood the night before so I was very concerned. The doctor seemed to be really caring and gentle; and checked her out thoroughly almost immediately. It was incredibly reassuring and the price was very reasonable for a checkup and antibiotics.
May 01 · JB WiseI took my cat there for the first time and the girls were SO nice and the vet....well, I dont think you could find a nicer, more compassionate individual.
