The staff is very kind and patient. Also, very thorough. Both Buttercup and I were scared but they made us feel comfortable while trying different methods to ease my fur baby's anxiety. I appreciate the extra attention and care.

Pet Medical Center has been caring for Lucy this week. They understand she is our fur baby and have been thourough trying to figure out why she isn't feeling well. Even though they are booked, they've offered to work her in on Saturday if we don't see improvement. We appreciate that and it shows they care.

The people who work here really love animals and it is clear that they care about the well-being of your pet. They are always reaching out to check in after appointments and when my dog needed surgery they gave me updates and made me feel less anxious about the procedure. My experience here has felt very personal which I appreciate. My only complaint would be their pharmacy pricing being generally more expensive to much more expensive than a different provider like Chewy. Payment in full is also due at your appointment, but I'm not sure if that is the norm or if other providers might offer payment plans.

I've been bringing Nugget here since she was 8 weeks old! The veterinarians and techs are all so friendly and genuinely care for the animals. Plus, their prices are competitive for the level of service they provide. I also had her spayed here, and within a couple of months, the scar was completely gone. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone with a pet!

I've always had a great experience coming in. Everyone is friendly & genuinely seem to care about our pets. I've come in for some hard times, putting a pet down even as they had never seen them they did exceptional at making me & my pet feel comfortable and now starting with a puppy I knew where to go to have her taken care of. Would highly recommend
