PetVet Vaccination Clinic Reviews
The techs were great! Quick visit with two dogs, helpful thorough and they were awesome to stay past time to finish everyone on the list! Patient and kind , handled dogs with love & you could tell they really cared. Only bummer was the length of wait. Still well worth my time! Thank you for coming back to Hanover, Pa!
Mar 27, 2025 · Holly WolfeWe had a good experience. It was a busy day for PetVet staff, but they attended to all of us in a pleasant manner. We had our new fur baby fully vaccinated at a reasonable cost. Why pay to walk into a vet office if all you need is to get your fur baby up to date with vaccines.
May 11, 2025 · Jeanette GonzalezThe initial contact was a bit chaotic .....waiting in the car was great ...getting a text going in pups got weighed and their shots....paid and out the door ...So much more efficient than waiting for hours in line ....
Apr 14, 2025 · Tina WalkerVery disorganized and no time slots or reservation cut off. Over 75 people preregistered but people were being turned away bc they were low on the registration queue. I thought it would be first come first served if you preregistered but the order was based on what your online preregistration number was. Which you don’t know when registering online
Apr 14, 2025 · Grace DiMarcoThe wait was about 2 hours but completely worth it and I understand why after my visit. When I arrived I was in place 6 out of 12. You scan a code and are placed in a queue and you sit in your car while you wait. I was expecting very quick service like your standard shot clinic which goes in a line very quick. The wait is long so bring a snack, drink for yourself and water for your pet. The wait is long because this is a real vet visit and once you are seen you are given their full attention. They address all concerns and go over everything before during and after. Nothing feels rushed once you are being seen. Which makes complete sense why are only seeing a rate of 2/3 visits per hour. They were wonderful with my dog. She has had negative experiences at quick shot clinics and the compassion and calmness of the staff allowing my dog to choose to cooperate with the procedures made all the difference. The staff were very good at allowing the animal to choose to cooperate while using the appropriate level of restraint to keep everyone safe. The vet and his techs are top notch. I would give 10/10.I’m very impressed with the service and would use them again. Highly recommend especially for those if is on a budget.
