★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have never experienced the love for one of my fur babies like we do here. These girls and Dr. Twomey are nothing less than exceptional with my Kash.If you are looking for the right place for your baby Shelley Drive is most definitely it!
March 14 · Liz OwensCalled for a pet emergency while I’m visiting from out of town (my regular vets office 20 hrs away was already closed) and the receptionist I talked to was insanely rude and told me they couldn’t help me. I travel regularly and often have to consult new vets about my dogs and have never had a problem or been treated so poorly.
August 08 · Kenzie BeardallI found A kitten on the street and didn’t know where to take her so I brought her there and they let me relinquish my rights and I guess somebody who works there took her. But a friend of mine has a puppy she can’t take care of and I called to see if they would let me do the same. The lady who answered the phone had a snarky attitude saying “well that was when somebody that worked here wanted that kitten, we don’t just take every animal off of the street” and while I understand that, theres a better way to talk to people. I remember the First Lady I spoke with being that way too, very snarky and passive aggressive. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a younger girl or if they just like to speak to people like they’re stupid but I’m not a fan of it. I appreciate them taking the kitten and understand that may not be “their job” but as far as I’m concerned theres a better way to communicate that. I’m 18 years old, not 8, treat me like an adult.
August 11 · Aubrynn MoniqueHad a new born ( 2 days old) kitten that was not doing to well. They took us in right way. They was wonderful to us and compassionate. They was the only vet and emergency vet to take us in on the spot. Thank you so much. Y'all saved the day.
March 22 · Tricia “Annie” UtleyThis is by far the best animal clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, taking care of everything we needed. Their communication was outstanding—they kept us informed every step of the way during a procedure for our little one. Most importantly, they made sure our furry friend felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for all your veterinary needs!
