★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I called to bring our dog in to have her put down. She was starting to struggle to breathe due to a non-surgical tumor on her neck they saw a year prior. They said they had no openings and even said “she probably would be okay over the weekend”. When I asked what other options there were they said “I guess you could just call around and see if someone else could see her”. I suppose I expected a bit more compassion from a vet. - Quick and efficient! New Dr. Savannah was very friendly and did not perform any unnecessary tests or exams that were not needed. Am visiting from out of town and found this great small-town local vet. December 18 · Isaac
- Great prices, friendly staff, and good with short notice appointments! May 27 · Kendall Finney
- I would not recommend bringing any goats to this vet clinic that some of the staff is extremely rude. Not very knowledgeable of goats. They only care if you have a small animal like a cat or a dog or if you have a big cattle amount. They're only interested in making money and not being very knowledgeable and caring about your animals. If you have a goat I highly recommend taking your time and money and go to Manhattan to the konza vet clinic March 14 · Ben Foster
- I went to St. Marys Veterinary Services to have our cat put down. The staff was very unfriendly and unempathetic. I was asked to be there at 4:00. We were on time and there were no other clients there. The vet who was in the waiting area when we arrived did not acknowledge our presence. The receptionist asked me to sign something and told us to wait in a small room. We waited for 30 minutes, the whole while hearing the vet talking and moving things in the waiting area. When vet came in, there was no apology for the wait or even a hello. She said, "Put kitty up here" she grabbed our dying cat roughly and forced her leg up to give her the sedative shot. Then tells us that it may make her throw up. If I had been given any sort of explanation of what to expect I would have decided against the sedative. Our cat, who we wanted to pass peacefully was vomiting and heaving moments before she passed. We then have to wait for the vet to draw up the bill.I have had other experiences of putting down pets at other locations. The process was explained well, we were asked if we had questions, the vet asked us to share stories of our pet, he allowed us time alone with our pet once the sedative was given and the bill was either paid prior to the procedure or a bill was sent. This was a difficult experience made far worse because of the lack of empathy and professionalism of this vet office. May 01 · Taylor McAnerney
