★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Yesterday our sweet girl was having a hard time breathing. We called Strohbehn and valley view and were giving her them same response from both! That they were booked and we could make an appointment for next Wednesday! A few hours later our girl passed away. They don’t give a shit about the animals! Only the money they make! Would not recommend them or their partner vet clinic ever! August 22 · Halie Smith
- This is another update. My cat Milo had a vet visit here today and as always it went well. I've been taking my pets to Strohbehn for as long as I can remember. Always excellent service and and they get you in rather quickly. Affordable pricing and they offer a wide variety of treatments, procedures and medications and vaccinations, etc. The staff are super friendly and patient and they take good care of animals. My cat was neutered today and the procedure went well. They don't keep them overnight to recover now and I think that is alot better for the animal to be home where they are comfortable with their family. I would definitely recommend Strohbehn Veterinarian clinic to anyone and everyone with beloved pets. May 13 · Lindsey Wells
- Receptionist needs to learn some customer service skills. I was treated very uncaring when my fur babies were so very sick. I will be looking for a new clinic to take my babies to. The vet that I did see was very knowledgeable and very caring to her needs. I've used this clinic a few times and have always been treated nicely and with a caring manner until this week when my dogs both got so sick. Not accommodating or caring at all to how sick and needing to be seen way before 3 days that I was told I'd have to wait. June 06 · Kristin Layne
- Love what they do! My family has been going here for years. You won't find another clinic like this in CB or Omaha. Exceptional (and patient) staff. You'll walk out with plenty of information a healthier pet. I will always hold this place in very high regards for not just treating animals, but for educating owners. February 23 · H
- I am beyond pissed off with this poor excuse of a vet clinic if you could even call it a vet clinic. My dog's nail broke this bad because of them. I informed them of her medical condition Lupoid Onychitis that their sister vet Valley View diagnosed to which they told me that the condition doesn't exist and I was essentially making it up. I provided her medicine THAT SHOWS THE ACTUAL DIAGNOSIS ON IT AND THEY STILL SAID IT DIDN'T EXIST and that she's just digging in the dirt. I told them I could even get her records from Valley View or they could even get her records. They said they would handle it AND NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO GET HER RECORDS. I said if it didn't exist how is it that your sister vet knew AND DIAGNOSED IT plus it's even on Google. They just kept reiterating I was making it up. I asked if they could please remove the nail so it didn't grow further like that while it was already broke, They said they can't even do that. The pictures are the result of their negligence and my dog had to have the whole nail removed almost to the bone. Her nails that were LITERALLY broke in half andcontinued to grow like that because of this poor excuse of a "vet clinic". And it caused her serious pain from it. The staff here should take actual veterinarian training or should be shut down as their behavior and lack of animals medical conditions and how to care for them is seriously concerning. It's amazing how Valley View knew about her condition and actually cared for her properly. The only positive thing I have to say about this "vet clinic" is the first lady that answered the phone the first time I called was very friendly. Other than that, I'd recommend taking your animals to an actual vet clinic that is fully trained in animals medical conditions or you will experience the same problems I did with them.
