Exceptional Surgical Expertise: Clients like the one who reviewed Dr. Pulliam’s work are consistently impressed by the precision and care taken during surgical procedures. The attention to detail, from neat and minimal incisions to tiny stitches, demonstrates a commitment to excellence that goes above and beyond standard practice. This level of skill ensures pets have a smooth and rapid recovery with minimal scarring.
Personalized and Empathetic Care: As evidenced by multiple reviews, our team, including Dr. Pepper, is known for being incredibly supportive, empathetic, and kind. The practice of personally calling clients after a pet’s surgery and checking on them in the days following shows a level of care that builds trust and makes clients feel like part of our family.
Efficient and Convenient Communication: A highlight for many clients is our ability to communicate via text message. This allows for quick and easy follow-ups, such as sending a photo for the doctor to review without the need for an additional appointment, saving time and stress for pet owners.
Comfort-Oriented Approach: We understand that some pets, and their owners, can be stressed by the veterinary environment. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Pulliam is truly skilled and the standard of care here is excellent. My 5.5 lb puppy's "LOVE spay" and baby tooth removal was flawless and the incision on her belly was sewn up so neatly and perfectly that my pup barely even has a scar. They even did tiny stitches for the tooth removals. I was very impressed by how carefully the surgery was done. I didn't know that was possible with dogs. Compared to my surgeries I have had done at VCA on previous dogs which had complications or ugly scars, I can tell they took the time to do everything right. I have been to many vets over the years and this is by far the best. All my concerns were taken seriously regarding medications and the specific procedures. They also follow up to check on your dog after visiting, and they are very easy to reach via text message. I had some questions and was able to send a photo and have the doctor look at it and respond without needing another appointment. They take the dog into the back for everything and I prefer this. I understand some people don't like that but I would prefer my dog doesn't associate me with performing medical procedures on her. And I don't enjoy sitting in a room alone for a long time with the dog like at other offices, I have found that can add to my dog's stress. They are so caring and sweet with her even though she's a nervous dog.
August 14 · Allisyn MalleyI never take the time to write reviews, but I could not let our experience go unheard. I cannot say enough great things about Town Center Animal Hospital. What started as a second opinion for our baby turned into the best decision we could’ve made. From the moment I first called to gather information, I was met with the sweetest and most helpful staff. I immediately had a great feeling. Everyone I spoke to over the phone and in person was incredibly supportive, empathetic, informative, and kind. Dr. Pepper is AMAZING and truly one of a kind. She is so knowledgeable and patiently answered the many, many questions we had. Our pug, Daisy, went in for an enucleation and spay and both have healed perfectly. After Daisy’s surgery, Dr. Pepper personally called us to walk through her procedure and recovery in detail, then went in on her day off the following morning to ensure she was ready to come home. The staff and Dr. Pepper kept us informed every step of the way and followed up to check on her in the days following the surgery. We could not be more thankful for the work these amazing individuals do. We are forever indebted to them ❤️
August 11 · Mayra IbarraI absolutely love this place and want to commend everyone for the exceptional care they provide for my fur babies. Dr. Pepper is fantastic, and honestly, the entire team is outstanding!
April 07 · Jamie KBest experience I've ever had with my dog at the vets. Very professional, caring, informative and showing compassion and concern for my dogs injury. Highly recommend
July 13 · Linda SwearingtonI want to start out by saying I have been taking my cats to this vet since I adopted them at just 3 months old, that is more than 11 years. While I feel the amount of love the staff have for the animals they care for I will say I feel things have shifted with the care they provide as a hole. With that being said, I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to all the staff who have taken care of Patti over the years. Unfortunately my sweet deaf girl threw a clot and went into congestive heart failure just 18 days before Christmas. This was sudden and unexpected. I took her to an emergency vet after hours on a Saturday evening and sadly she had to be euthanized. What really saddens me is I received more compassion from Chewy sending me a card than I did Patti’s vet that saw nothing less than at least once a year. I use Pet Desk to book my cat’s appointments and as quick as can been Town Center Animal Hospital wiped away her profile like she never existed. The same week that Patti passed away I had her biological brother having bowel issues and spent a night at Town Center. That was so much happening with my babies in a short time. While I greatly appreciate the care they provided to Austin I felt like when Patti passed they didn’t give me any time to grieve before wiping her away. I get it’s a business but behind the very reason of that business there is the emotional aspect to loosing a pet.
