★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Our experience at Town and Country Vet Clinic in Riverside, CA was disappointing due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the front desk associate. When we asked her clarifying questions, she displayed obvious signs of irritation and gave very brief explanations. My partner and I felt that she was short and scathing in her response to my comments about the cost of treatment for our Sphynx kittens. The doctor was pleasant, but when I described the cough my kitten was having—and even showed him a video of the occurrence—he responded by saying it was a sneeze. This made me feel as though he wasn’t truly invested in understanding my kitten’s symptoms. While we are thankful to have received care for our kittens, we were completely put off by the front desk associate's poor customer service. Her attitude was subpar at best.
July 24 · Lindsay FoxThey took me in with out a an appointment and I was first time .. the staff and doctor are so nice professional and very caring . They will be my babies doctor for ever!😊🙌🏻
July 26 · ElenitaBest and most affordable Vet! The front office is efficient and very helpful. We had to euthanize our beloved pet, and Dr Jung was right there explaining the process. One of his assistants came in and comforted us until we were ready to leave. Still, when I collected his ashes a week later, they exppressed condolences. It made things a little easier.
May 31 · Patricia Quiroz-AlfaroAbsolute worst experience I have ever had with a veterinarian. Kept talking about how my cat was going to die because he had a heart murmur. Told me that I was a problem because I didn't want to get something done.I did want to get my cat treatment. I was simply asking him if the treatment for something that he thought might happen down the road would actually do something to benefit my cat's life.Treatment for the sake of treatment is not medicine. Treatment to better an animal's life is medicine.I can't believe I took off work early to get my cat to bring him to this place to have him manhandled by an egotistical womanizer of a veterinarian.I left without getting any service including the vaccinations that I came for.He spoke over me repeatedly and did not listen when I said I was just like an answer to the questions. He just kept repeating his point without making any further point or ever listening to, and while talking over me.I just moved to Riverside and I hope that this review will save any other person shopping for their veterinarian from having to deal with this horrible facility.
May 16 · Elizabeth X.P.I was going here pretty consistently for my cat but I’m hesitating to bring her back now. I paid a lot of money for an allergy test about a month ago now and I still haven’t received any updates about it when they told me it would only take 2 weeks.I’m hoping this isn’t on them but I’m getting concerned and my cat is still having flare ups :(
