I rarely ever write reviews, but I would make an exception here, with the intention of helping someone avoid having a similar experience.I took my very healthy 4 year old dog for her routine check up which cost over $240 for a doctor’s visit, worm test, lepto and rabies shots. (Apparently I needed the worm test and vet exam in order to get my year supply of simpirica trio). I was then told that I needed to return in 21 days for the lepto booster which would cost $45. When we showed up, secretary stated that we would need ANOTHER physical exam which would cost $76 in addition to the $45. Obviously we were beyond shocked! Why would our dog need another heart, lungs and ear check in order to get a booster???😳 Even worse, the front office staff stated, “Why does everyone have this reaction every time?” Did she really need to ask this question?? Not even at a doctor’s office do you have to be examined for a shot… It’s done by a nurse or tech!!!I reached out to the manager, Courtney, and got nowhere with that. No explanation, except that is what we charge at the hospitalIf I were you, I WOULD STAY away! Their business practices are unethical. - tabita morris
