Young lady via texts responds ok at first 3 mins later says they close at 5… mean while i am unable to understand why they would schedule an appt at 4;45 knowing they close at 5. She responds my appt was at 4:45 not 5 I respectfully ask for her name and ofc then ghost! No response! The lack of unprofessionalism we see now a days is beyond me. Ridiculous is all I can say if you close at 5 dont make appts 15 before closing and hire people that know how to follow thru with proper conversation's
Mar 27, 2024 · Yeni FerreraMy dog had a bad reaction after getting shots at Petco Jackson Heights. I tried to contact them over the phone and they took no responsibility to help my pet and showed no concern or compassion even though I was very upset. They recommended that because of the age of my pet that I do not get her vaccinated in the future. My groomer asked for proof of my conversation with Petco (vetco) so I asked Petco for a note. Instead of helping me I received a bad attitude from the vet and a nasty tone and he did not give me the note. My dog has not been groomed since. I made 5 separate calls to customer service of Vetco and I was promised a call back each time. I received NO call back whatsoever. This was a total lack of concern for my pet and a valuable customer. Based on their high prices and bad treatment, there is no reason to return to that store.
