Vip Petcare Introduce
For pet owners in Texas, ensuring our beloved companions receive the preventive care they need can sometimes be a challenge, especially with busy schedules. That's where a service like VIP Petcare comes in. VIP Petcare provides convenient, accessible, and affordable veterinary services, with a strong focus on preventative medicine. Unlike a traditional, full-service animal hospital, VIP Petcare operates a community clinic model, bringing essential pet health services directly to neighborhoods in a more streamlined, walk-in setting. This approach is designed to make it easier for pet parents to keep their dogs and cats healthy with routine vaccinations, parasite prevention, and other key wellness checks, all without the need for a traditional office visit fee.
VIP Petcare’s mission is to make quality preventive pet care accessible to everyone. They understand that proactive health measures like regular vaccinations and parasite screenings are critical to a pet’s long-term well-being. By offering a focused range of services, they are able to provide transparent, up-front pricing and a more efficient experience. The concept is centered around community clinics, which allows them to serve more pet owners and focus on the core services that maintain a pet’s health. This model is perfect for pet parents who are looking for a straightforward and budget-friendly way to keep their pets happy and healthy.
Located at 1031 Trend Dr, Carrollton, TX 75006, USA, VIP Petcare's Carrollton location is strategically positioned to serve local communities. The clinic is committed to accessibility, offering a wheelchair-accessible entrance and a wheelchair-accessible parking lot. For the convenience of clients, a restroom is also available on-site. The VIP Petcare model is known for its "walk-in" approach, meaning appointments are not always necessary, which can be a huge benefit for busy pet owners. However, it is important to check their schedule as clinics may have specific hours of operation. The location provides easy access for quick and efficient vet visits.
VIP Petcare offers a variety of essential preventive care services for dogs and cats. Their menu is designed to cover the most critical aspects of pet wellness, focusing on what's needed to prevent common diseases and maintain overall health.
Services offered include:
- Vaccinations: Providing a wide range of essential dog and cat vaccinations, including rabies, rattlesnake vaccine, and feline leukemia vaccine.
- Preventive Medicine: Offering heartworm testing and preventative medicine, as well as flea and tick prevention.
- Diagnostic Testing: Conducting routine tests like heartworm testing, complete blood count, and fecal testing for parasite screening.
- Puppy & Kitten Packages: Bundled service packages that provide comprehensive care for young pets, ensuring they get a healthy start.

- Affordable and Transparent Pricing: The clinics operate with clear, up-front pricing and no office visit fees, which helps pet owners budget for their pet’s health needs. Discounted packages for puppies and kittens offer additional savings.
- Focus on Preventive Care: The clinic's specialized focus on preventive care, such as vaccinations, deworming, and parasite prevention, is a key highlight, as it is the foundation of a healthy life for a pet.
- Walk-In Availability: While appointments are recommended, the walk-in nature of their community clinics provides a high degree of flexibility for pet owners with unpredictable schedules.
For more information or to find out about upcoming clinic dates, you can visit their location at 1031 Trend Dr, Carrollton, TX 75006, USA. For customer service inquiries, you can call their toll-free number at (800) 427-7973.
When considering VIP Petcare, it is important to understand what makes it a valuable and viable option for many local pet owners. VIP Petcare is not a full-service emergency clinic or a place for complex medical or surgical procedures. However, for routine, preventative care, it offers a level of convenience and affordability that is hard to match. Their streamlined model is designed to make sure pet parents can easily get their pets vaccinated, tested for common diseases like heartworm, and microchipped without breaking the bank. For a new puppy or kitten, their specialized packages provide an excellent, cost-effective way to get them started on the right foot with all their initial shots and deworming. For routine maintenance and wellness checks, VIP Petcare serves a crucial role in the Texas pet community by making foundational animal healthcare more accessible to a broader audience.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Brought my handicapped 11 year old dog in for flea medicine. I told these people that she was paralyzed at one point bc of a car accident and still had pain in her spine above her hind legs. One tech was holding her in a way that was pushing down on her hind legs so that my dog’s were spread out twice as far as they normally would. Another tech kept touching her spine at the very spot I told them not to. When I told the tech not to touch my dog there the tech was confused for the reason why. As I try to show my dog some compassion they say “you can talk to her but don’t touch her “. The tech taking my dogs blood blew out my dogs vein. She said, “she is bleeding a lot”. Doesn’t sterilize or wrap my dogs wound that the tech caused. To top it off they didn’t process my new address. The meds are still not here bc they sent them to the wrong address. The people they use, PetIQ, for the meds are rated a 2.8. They are not reliable as well. I have had to call them twice already bc of their incompetence. Words don’t describe how traumatic the experience has been. Charged $205… still don’t have meds. It will be 2 week’s minimum before my dog gets them. I recommend doing business elsewhere.

February 11 · sVet and vet tech were very rude. I came to get my kitten looked at for his first shots, dewormer, etc. I told the cashier/tech that I thought he had ringworm. The vet said "I doubt it's ringworm and most people don't even know what they're looking at," under his breath, to his other tech. So I go over with my cat and they take him out of the kennel. I talked to them about the ringworm and they told me they couldn't help me with that and I'd have to go to a vet. I explained to them the ringworm was part of the reason I was giving them $100+ that day and they both snapped at me, "this is not a full service vet clinic." Then the vet said, "I'm the vet so I get to make those decisions," again, with a very rude tone. So I just said OK and they gave my kitten his shots. Then the vet took a second to look at the ringworm spot on my cat, saying nothing. I spoke up, "I'm pretty sure that's ringworm, I've seen it before." To which he agreed. You would think working for a low-cost vet clinic, they would have some compassion and a desire to help people who might not be able to afford an full-service vet for whatever reason. But this group just seemed to be resentful of having to spend their time serving people like me.
