★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Amazing staff. Called ahead for details for our visit. Very informative throughout the whole process from that call to the discharged details.Administrative process was simple. Waiting and Exam room are comfortable. All options were presented, the treatment was our decision. I appreciate the compassion of the nurses, techs, and doctors.
August 21 · MollyMy son and I brought our German Shepherd in who ripped his excessively long nail off at the flesh and was just dangling. He’s a bear and hates his feet touched. Nervous for him to go under due to his age at 13y 4m, but they took very good care of our boy. The procedure went well and they were very compassionate, and very fair on pricing.Thank you to all the staff at WVRC on Friday evening. Cain is doing great ❤️Attached is his photo Saturday morning. We took his bandage off late Saturday night.
June 02 · Candelora VossHad a really good experience bringing our cat in for treatment after a side effect she experienced from a new medication. The clinic was able to get our pet into the back and us into a room right away. We did have to wait a while to speak to a vet, but the front desk was very helpful when we asked for updates, and when the vet was able to visit with us she was incredibly helpful and attentive and thoroughly answered all of our questions. I would feel very comfortable bringing our cat back here in the future.
July 16 · Shay KingMy dog was having issues putting weight on his left leg. Walking with a bad limp, when he woukd actually wall. They got him seen quickly and ran tests and we got to go home with meds to help keep him comfortable. He's doing much better (:
August 04 · Samantha HughesDon't let the rating dissuade you. This vet is wonderful. Friendly, helpful staff and the DR was exceptional. It's an ER and specialty care, so it's going to be emotional and yes, cost a little extra. I've had animals for 40 years and I've been to bad veterinary clinics. This is not one of them. Thank you to the DR and staff. So very much appreciation.
