★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Justify completely overpriced procedures and treatments with "quality of care". You should ALWAYS give quality care regardless of price. I understand the positive reviews because theyre really good at putting it on thick when you're paying over price vet visits but all that facade quickly dissipates when you they are trying to charge you thousands for something that costs hundreds elsewhere. Money hungry and delusional. My pet has been going here for years but their prices have continuely escalated not basd on economy but their popularity in the area. Anyway I dont normally leave reviews but be advised there are much more affordable ones in the area do you due diligence
July 29 · DoodooAmazon Park has been taking great care of our dog for nearly ten years. They listen closely to our concerns and often follow up to see how she is feeling after she has received care.
July 07 · Karessa TorgersonCosts are rising, which reflects on caring for the health of a pet. The doctors and staff of this clinic truly care and are very kind.
February 18 · Jodene HeiderDr. Jones has an amazing memory with animals. Dr. Hayward is also a very caring vet. The staff here really is kind and see the animals as your family. Great people, I recommend them to anyone.
December 29 · Stefan StrekTo preface this review, the vets themselves I've seen here have been kind and helpful for the most part and I don't hold any hard feelings towards them. The front desk upon my last few visits was unbelievably unprofessional, inconsiderate, and inconsistent. While I was waiting for my cat the young brown haired woman at the front desk openly said two other clients full names, the issues she had with them, and one of their phone numbers. I attempted to play this off since I also work in customer service, but rather than moving on she doubled down and told me that she preferred this job to retail because the rude customers actually get what they deserve here. While I understand how difficult customers can be, while working in a veterinary office you need to have a level of understanding and compassion that other professions may not need as much. I had just gotten horrible news about my beloved animal and I had no interest in listening to her front desk worker gripe about how horrible people can be. After this, I tried to move forward and the same woman left me a message saying that it would take the entire weekend to get the ultrasound results for my terminally ill cat, when I called to double check I was told by a different front desk woman that I would receive test results the next day for my cat. The next day I didn't receive any contact from them and when I called they told me I would have to wait the weekend and that I was never told that I would receive the results that day. I went in person to the office to buy more of their urgent care cat food (which has been very helpful) and both front desk attendants were stand offish rude about the test results I was waiting for, and when someone in the back admitted to having been the one to tell me I would get the results that day, no effort was made to apologize for the confusion or any accountability taken. I did end up getting a call that day and was told they would contact me Monday again to followup. I didn't receive a follow up call until Wednesday. I don't know when this office went so downhill, I used to recommend them to my friends and family before this, but the whole experience was horribly disorganized and inconsiderate to my feelings while I was in the midst of grieving my cat. I no longer trust this staff with my animals. I hope they can learn from these mistakes and return to being compassionate caretakers, but currently they have a long way to go.
