They are described as "lovely" and treating clients and their pets "like family." This empathetic approach is crucial when dealing with pets suffering from chronic and often uncomfortable conditions, making the experience less stressful for both the animal and the owner.
- Exceptional Problem Solvers: The review mentioning a golden retriever who had been in a cone for five months and seen by multiple vets before finding relief at AADCI powerfully illustrates their ability to resolve difficult, long-standing cases. This highlights their diagnostic acumen and effective treatment protocols for challenging dermatological issues that other professionals may have struggled with.
- Customer Service Excellence: Phrases like "go above & beyond for you & your pets" and "wrote the book on customer service" speak volumes about their commitment to client satisfaction. This means clear communication, thorough explanations, and a supportive environment for pet owners navigating complex health concerns.
- Positive Long-Term Outcomes: The goal is not just temporary relief but achieving a "normal golden life" for pets, as described in the review. The staff is more than welcoming, affectionate with our dog; and thorough in their examination & testing process. A truly hidden gem in our community, and one of the best decisions we’ve made for the well-being of our pup.
Apr 19, 2024 · Kara CastleberryAbsolutely the best Veterinary practice for these services. Dr. Thompson and her staff will treat your pet better than any pediatrician ever treated my children. The office follows ups regularly. If you need to get intouch with them email and phone messages are returned quickly. I am sad that I no longer have a pet that needs the services of AADCI as I will miss seeing all of the AADCI staff. If you pet requires the speciality offerings of this office you will not be disappointed!!!
