Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
I’m just in aw and so happy. My poor cat Raine, somehow got a giant abscess on the side of her face. It grew so fast within such a short period of time. I took her in and they were able to help my girl. She’s just so much happier now even with the little drainage bag in her cheek. (Going in in 2 days to get it removed) She’s eating again and drinking again. I was so broken and felt so awful, like a terrible fur momma when I heard it was more than just a swollen eye, but a giant abscess they had to surgically remove. My fur babies are my children ya know? So imagine the relief that they were able to help, that now she’s back to herself. I can’t thank this banfield and their staff enough. Thank you, thank you.
Jul 21, 2025 · Olivia Nelson DeemerTigard Banfield is a very caring and wonderful vet hospital. Dr. R. And her staff were so caring as we had to say goodbye to our sweet penny. Thank you!
Jul 18, 2025 · Lori DonesDr Rounsavell has been taken care of our pets for over 25 years. She is an exceptional human being, and surrounds herself with a tremendous staff that respects her and seeks to emulate her caring and professionalism. She has cried with us as our pets have had to leave us, and she has rejoiced with us as our puppies and kitties have joined our house. Thank you, Banfield!
Jun 26, 2024 · Rob HowellsThe whole team is just wonderful! They treat my dog Teru like a princess and she loves on them in return. I know she will get the best care possible and that she will be cared for from the moment I drop her off until I pick her up.
Aug 29, 2024 · Jill JDon't take your animal here. This place uses drop off appts and they keep your animal all day in their carrier in the back. Their business model is to get as many animals in as they can in a day and get through one at a time. My pet was locked in a cage in the back for over six and a half hours, and all that he was there for was an updated vaccine. In addition, when the doctor contacted me, she had not addressed any of my pre check-in considerations and made it sound like I was putting her out by refilling my pet's prescription. She asked me for information that I tried to give the assistant at my check-in, who refused to write down the info. Then she told me that she didn't have time to write it down but she would look into it. She wanted to make sure that the pharmacy had all of my pet's information instead of her having my pets' information. I will never bring my pet back here again, and I will personally tell anyone I meet not to bring their pet there. 9:15 appt pick up at 3:30. My animal was traumatized.
