The front desk, vet techs...actually, everyone we have ever interacted with has been courteous and helpful. The entire team truly cares about their 4-legged patients. Another new client was equally impressed: "We had our first new client appointment @ACHLO today. The vet assessment was very thorough & time was taken to get to know our boy. May 02, 2025 · Pamela KiefferOur boy Boone has been going to ACGLO since he was a puppy and the care he has received over the years has been top notch. Recently, Boone was attacked by another dog at daycare requiring stitches in multiple areas. ACGLO had me come straight there and Dr. Higel was delicate and assuring - to me as much as Boone. Our family is so grateful that Boone was in good hands and today he got his sutures out. He’s recovering well and back to his happy self!
