★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been bringing my pets here for a couple years now and every visit has been such a good experience. The staff is super friendly, caring, and really seem to love what they do. They always make sure my pets are comfortable and that I understand what’s going on with their care. Big shoutout to Mady, she’s awesome with customer service! She’s always so helpful, patient, and easy to talk to. Dr. Grillot and all the supporting staff here are amazing with my pets and always take such great care of them while they’re in their hands.
August 15 · MeghanDr Lauren Butler was less than helpful when I took both of my dogs in today for a comprehensive exam. We had concerns regarding their availability when our dog got sick a few weeks ago and we had to bring our dog to the urgent care. Dr. Butler ignored our concerns and just stated, she was not there that day and changed the subject? Dr. Butler was inconsiderate and gave both my husband and I an attitude anytime we tried to get more information. I will not be bringing my dogs back for their follow-up visit, I will be choosing another location. I am absolutely disappointed and appalled with this Dr who made us feel very uncomfortable.
July 20 · Katelynn GaulOnly had the displeasure of speaking to the front desk lady didn't get her name, horrible bed side manner, sounded like she didnt want to be there. I asked about the free appointment I had set up online and i'm glad I called, because I didn't see on the coupon that I had to print it out anyway. She proceeds to tell me I needed to bring in the coupon not having a printer that kinda was disappointing knowing myself I know that I sounded disappointed but instead of hearing that she proceeds to tell to tell me in a unprofessional manner "there is FedEx and the library" , I know that, but you didn't need to say it like that to me. If you're working at a front desk position, and I know this from personal experiences, nobody wants to hear somebody be sassy with them over the phone and due to her lack of compassion, and due to her lack of the ability to I understand that I'm setting up an appointment for my dog, because I'm concerned about my animal, I canceled my appointment. You work in a profession where people want to feel heard and cared for and today you missed that marker. Say what you want about people being rude, but if you don't want anybody to be rude to you don't work in a place where when they call and they are asking questions because they genuinely want to make sure they have all their ducks in a row you act like that like it was an inconvenience to answer the phone and be short. That wasn't even the full conversation I had asked what The Visit would entail, and I think it was when I said it's free, right. That's when she got short with me. Look girly I hope you stay blessed and leanr to have better bed side manner in your profession. And nobody else might have called you out on this, but i'm definitely going to because that was rude. You also didn't even try to fix it. You just said okay. So I hope your bosses know that that's the type of person they have at the front desk. Also I understand that The Visit was free. She needs vaccines. She needs medication, so that's why I wanted The Visit to be free. So that way, I could afford those other things that she needs acting like I wasn't gonna spend any money outrageous. The prices for vet visits are ridiculous and I finally found a place that I thought was going to be a great place to take my dog will not be recommending.
August 13 · Andrea BernalWe have been seeing Dr. Sara Grillot for over 3 years now. I got my puppy 5 years ago when she was 3Months old as a rescue who was abused severely and went through foster homes etc. she suffered a lot and has had terrible anxiety her whole life in general plus traveling is a nightmare, fireworks, large crowds etc and we were able to find something that works for her. Daisy’s quality of life has improved sooo much in the last few years and I can’t thank Dr. Grillot enough for providing excellent care, along with always being consistent and on top of her file/visits. Awhile a back, I remember my dog suffering from a serious UTI for over a month and Dr. Grillot thoroughly talked me through everything/answered any questions to ease anxiety. Daisy and I feel fully supported through every vet visit and always leave knowing she is receiving the best care. It’s hard to find nowadays and we appreciate it more than you know for all you do for the pets/our kiddos! Thank you Dr. Grillot and we look forward to continuing to work with you in Daisy’s care.
