Jun 01, 2025 · Tim DeshazerThis is a great clinic. We have been with them since we rescued our now 10 and 14 year old “pups”(started at the Carlisle location). We have been with several vets over the years and are thankful for all of them! Dr Markens has been our “go to” for a few years but we feel the other vets our little guys have seen when Dr M is unavailable are always good with the dogs and provide very good care and guidance. Kat, a tech I believe, was understanding and helpful with our uncomfortable dog who was having GI issues today.Regardless of how many pets are in the reception area, we typically wait 5-10 minutes. I cannot recall ever waiting more than 20 minutes in the reception area. .Dr Markens (the vet we normally see) is great with the animals as well as the humans. She explains the situation with what we know at that moment and maps out options for moving forward along with an idea of cost of the options. She does her best to answer any questions we may have about likelihood of one or another outcomes. (She is also thorough in annual visits, asking lots of questions,…)From the reception area staff to the techs and actual doctor visit, we highly recommend Blue Cross Animal Clinic for both dogs and cats (we had two cats who were patients at their Carlisle clinic). The staff are friendly, upbeat, very caring and in our experience, capable professionals throughout the office.
Jun 27, 2025 · Barb BlountWe have been overwhelmed with gratitude for the amazing care our dog has received at Blue Cross Animal Clinic. From the first call requesting a second opinion, everyone has been professional, knowledgeable, responsive and so kind. Dr. England and Nurse Megan, along with the entire team, have made this difficult time so much easier to navigate with thoughtful, honest assessment and information. The website portal is also fantastic and user friendly. We get quick and personalized responses, appointments and service. Plus the facility is beautiful. We will now be bringing our fur babies here. Thank you Blue Cross Animal Clinic!
May 28, 2025 · CarolynA female doctor at this clinic unfortunately set up my esa and seizure alert cat to die, she proscribed medications that she knew would end his life considering his condition, refused to run tests, stole our money, and we left with no answers, I am now waiting on my cats ashes from another clinic due to irresponsibility of this clinic. They are MONEY HUNGRY AND SPITEFUL!!! After 5 they are dead beat and don’t care about anything other than going home. I have 4 witnesses who are also absolutely devastated by this clinics attitude, maturity and will to help. If my animal died because of one careless worker at this clinic you should worry for yours, I SUGGEST GOING ANYWHERE ELSE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LOOK INTO THE DOCTORS BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING ON YOUR PETS IN GENERAL!!!! This place is not only unsanitary but are focused on making profit and running peoples money dry, it is an unsafe environment, please do your research as when I looked into them after the incident others have said their animals have passed after leaving this clinic. Please be aware about who have around your animals for their safety. Videos are from after my 4:30 appointment with blue cross animal clinic Friday march 14th 2025.
Mar 18, 2025 · Kyzyn FoxThe best surgical clinic I’ve been to! Not only are the staff extraordinarily kind and helpful and go above and beyond (like not charging a fee for extra scans), they also saved my baby’s life! I’m so beyond grateful to this clinic. There’s virtually no wait time and overall, I would 12/10 recommend.
