★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I recently brought my nervous dog in for grooming. The entire staff is outstanding! They are all so caring, friendly, and competent. I am so happy with how they treated my fur baby, their procedures, and their prices that I will be making them our new vet's office when it's time to renew my dog's shots. If you're in this area and need a vet, please give them a try. I think you'll be happy with them too.Thank you East Bay AH for taking such great care of my fur baby 😊
May 12 · K TownsonI highly recommend East Bay Animal Hospital! Dr Moore has been so patient with me over the past 19 years. I have brought cats, chameleons, frogs, geckos, birds and bearded dragons to see her and she always answers each of my questions and clearly lays out all options. I especially appreciate her prayers and compassion when euthanasia was the best option for my pets. I will continue to bring my pets to see Dr. Moore and her team at East Bay Animal Hospital.
May 12 · Terri HI have two dogs under Dr. Moores care. I am overall very happy. I appreciate her practical and straightforward approach. Sometimes I can have my mind made up about the way I think my boys should be treated ( holistic meets medical). I always feel respected and heard, and Dr. Moore and staff respect my views. Customer service is excellent the girls there are super sweet.Theo had boarded with them before he is a bit challenging to handle. I have seen numerous times where Dr. Moore and her staff get on the floor and take their time to slowly earn his trust. We never feel that we are taking their time or rushed out the office. My other meatball Noah has chronic ear infections and skin issues. Dr. Moore Has done more than most of the veterinarians my dog has seen to send the sample to a lab and find out specifically what antibiotics work and actually fix the problem. I appreciate, knowing that I can trust your practice, and that my dogs are well taken care of when I leave town. Because I’m sure like many our pets are family.Miller Family
December 29 · Kristie MillerI want to share this about East Bay Animal Hospital. My family and I recently put down one of our cats and a dog. They were precious to us, as you can imagine, and the whole process was a whirlwind of emotions.I sat in with our cat as Dr. Moore went through the process. She was so kind and concerned about my feelings, and, made a point of explaining to me what was happening, step by step. She asked if she could pray with me during the final moment. She held my hand as I held him. I was sobbing the whole time. This was totally unexpected and so comforting. I will never forget it. I will trust her and her judgement with any pet I have.My mom and sister were there when our dog was put down. I know they feel the same way. Dr. Moore and her staff are good people. I highly recommend you let them care for your pet.
April 08 · Eddie LynnI would of gave them 10 stars if I could. They are so amazing. They take very very great care of my 2 fur babies. I can't say enough about how great the staff is there. I strongly recommend if your fur baby is sick this is the place to take them
