★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I wish I could give 10/5 stars. We have been to this emergency vet twice (once with one of our ducks and another with our cat) - each time the care has been incredible. Every staff member has been empathetic, patient, kind, and really thorough with care. When our duck passed away, there were such sweet momentos included (duck foot prints) and such an intentionality by the staff to offer care with so much dignity. They also mailed us a sympathy card several days after our duck passed- it was really touching. Each vet has taken their time with us to explain and offer informed choice around our options. There’s just overall good vibes in this spot! Thank you all for being so so so stellar and warm during times of stress.
July 23 · Kristina ParksWonderful staff! They were prompt in getting information for my cat, Lulu. The doctor was very nice and her team went out of their way to make calls to see if they could find other specialty surgeons for repairing Lulu’s diaphragm for a lower cost. They explained everything in detail and were very helpful. Thank you so much!
August 23 · Ingrid RodriguezThe staff and medical team here is absolutely amazing, my cat Simon went in for urinary blockage from cat crystals and everyone was just so kind and helpful. They constantly kept me informed on everything going on, especially Connie, she was an absolute angel and I can’t thank her enough for everything she did for me and my baby. Thank you guys :)
July 30 · Elise EngerThis is the best vet/er vet experience I have ever had. We were met with compassion & hospitality as we spent 13+ hrs there over the span of 3 days. I’ve never been in a veterinary situation where everything was explained so clearly, they weren’t offended by questions, and it truly felt like the well being of our dog was #1 priority, every other experience I’ve had feels like the vet office is in it for the money. All but one time, when I’d call to ask questions or to check on our dog they were quick and kind. I spoke to one man on the phone, I want to say Kevin, and he wasn’t the nicest and I explained to him that he was being short and rude and that if someone’s calling the ER vet they probably aren’t having the best day, he kind of apologized and then moved on. Their prices were reasonable compared to other vets I’ve been to. They helped us through the process of submitting the claim to our pet insurance and gave us all the info we would need for that. Overall it was a great experience. They got our puppy back to his energetic self and we couldn’t be more grateful. I will never go to any other ER vet!
June 03 · maddie slagerThis company made a non-medical mistake that was a complete accident. Once I pointed it out I expected some pushback but they owned the problem right away and bent over backwards to correct the situation. I was very impressed. All the staff members I interacted with were great and understanding of the situation and also very apologetic. Great experience over all.In addition they recommended some medication for pain that enabled my 12 year old Rottweiler to walk to the beach and chase tennis balls again. He’s a happy boy now.
