March 11 · MelissaAffordability 100%Customer service -100% (negative 100%)The staff is so rude that it’s funny.I get it, you’re offering a much needed service and you’re making it not only affordable but possible. Great job. But from the beginning, why would you open an affordable animal clinic if it’s not out of love for humanity. Minimally acceptable customer service should be a condition of that value. This review is exclusive for the welcoming staff!
April 17 · Bakr AlkarawiThe most caring and helping vet I ever been to. They are the best. I brought my cat Meeko here and couldn’t be happier. I love my cat 🐈⬛ so much.
December 03 · Rose NguyenA cat wandered into our property last year and then had 7 kittens before we could even put a hand on her. Although they aren’t feral they are not house cats. The HB staff were quick and efficient. The wait is LONG! so make your appt ASAP but the cost saving compared to a regular vet makes it worth the wait…around half the cost.
