It is important to acknowledge that some recent feedback has expressed concerns regarding changes in the clinic's operations and the perceived thoroughness of examinations since a change in ownership from "Doctor Bill." These comments mention that routine procedures like temperature checks, listening to heart/lungs, and dental/coat checks were reportedly missed during some visits, leading some clients to seek alternative veterinary care. However, other recent reviews continue to praise the friendliness and care provided, indicating a varying client experience. The clinic's stated commitment on its website to providing "wellness, preventative and surgical care" and investing in facilities, including a board-certified surgeon on staff, suggests an ongoing effort to offer comprehensive and advanced veterinary medicine.

Lititz Veterinary Clinic Reviews
They never took my dog's temperature. They never listened to his heart. They never listened to his lungs, they never checked his teeth. They never ran a comb through his coat and a week. I have since switched veterinarians. This place is no longer like it was before. It was sold from doctor bill and I will never go back again

Jul 03, 2025 · David HMy rescued/adopted cat Artemis and he was NOT happy. 😒🐾Dr. Newman explained everything needed and options regarding the situation. He needed to be sedated for certain reasons. They did everything that day. Angie answered all my questions in detail. I recommend the practice, and especially Dr. Newman. Thanx again for your kindness Dr Newman. 🐾💚
Apr 03, 2025 · Trisha MartinThis place rescheduled my kittens spay appointment twice. Then my husband drops her off at 8 am and surgery did not begin til 1 pm and then they wanted me to wait until 6 pm to pick her up. I told them no I am coming at 5. I get there and this place is awful it looked like a back woods vet that accepys chickens for payment. The staff in office were incompetent..I had to tell them my cats name 4 times. Did not welcome anyone who came in. I am just glad I have my baby back. They r inexpensive that's about it. Oh and they shaved my baby way too much. She small and is so cold without her fur.
