Been going here for many years. Overall happy, but they need to update things, including some policies. It's getting to where I hope it becomes a priority. In this day and age when we can deposit checks online with a photo I shouldn't have to drive 10 miles to pick up a piece of paper so my dog can get special food. A bathroom would be nice too.I know it's tough, but updating is important. They do treat my animals well and that bottom line is what counts. There are some days when I consider trying another place. - Carla H
