Sweeten Creek Animal & Bird: Krauskopf Judi DVM Reviews
She was helping the owner/vet at Animals R in Flat Rock NC and treated my dogs and me very poorly. We were trying to establish a new patient relationship and also address some issues. Much more to story .I felt I I should review because she didn’t treat me or my dogs properly . She was unprofessional and showed poor manners. Maybe she thought it was the fair thing to do when you decide not to treat. She refused treatment as new patient establishment. She said my older dogs history was too long and too much history and we needed to go to specialists for our senior dogs or one practice owners. She isn’t the owner or partner in this practice and has no idea what I went through to have 6 years of records sent over. Learn how to talk to people. Maybe stay with surgery and don’t get involved with daily treatment of especially senior dogs with problems.
