When Ella started to decline, Dr. Esser was kind enough to talk to us on the phone and help us with the decision-making process for end-of-life care. Best team ever!! Took my miniature dachshund in and he loves it. He got neutered in December and Dr. Campos was great. She answered all the questions I had in the beginning before the procedure, during the recovery process. My german shepherd loves Dr. Mombello as well as my kitten. All three of my pets see Dr. Mombello as their primary veterinarian. They are taken care of from point A to point Z. I love that they send me pictures of how they are being taken care of. Not once do I have to worry when my kiddos are in their care.Truly amazing team.

timely and truthful communications are lacking.while the care provided by the veterinarians is competent, the communication with office staff at the streeterville location is woefully poor.after receiving a phone call from the veterinarian regarding results of my animal's ultrasound, she indicated someone would be reaching out to me when the prescriptions she had recommended would be ready.staff at this location swear up and down that they called me to communicate scripts were ready. my call history and the call history at the location both indicate that the office did not call me to notify me medications were ready. when i received a text about a different medication being sent to online pharmacy and responded, no one texted me back. despite objective evidence that they did NOT call me to provide information that ordered medications were ready, their staff, including their COO, continue to maintain that they called me to notify me scripts were ready. this is simply untrue and my call records (and those provided to me by the COO) both prove that they did not call me regarding the medication in question.if you want open, honest communication with your veterinary staff, i suggest you go elsewhere.

Had the most wonderful experience with everyone here! Came in yesterday with my kitty Cora for some constipation and they were super accommodating and squeezed us in. Dr. Campos, the techs and receptionists were all so kind, understanding and compassionate. The practice is super cat friendly, with feliway diffusers in the exam rooms, which really helps especially because my kitty is very nervous. They were having a very busy afternoon, and were very apologetic for delays (but there were honestly none, service was very fast!). People came in to check on me which made me more at ease as I was nervous for my cat :) When it came to cost, they were very upfront and accommodating as well. I had previously gone to the GoodVets down the street, but now will be coming here!
