World of Animals at Bensalem Reviews
I just switched to this vet out of convenience so wasn't sure what to expect but the first visit was great. Front desk staff was very nice, sent us straight back to the room. Very little wait time. Dr. Burns was thorough, straightforward, and patient with my dog although he was clearly scared/agitated. My dog absolutely adored the tech/nurse Kayla. She was so good with him and really put him at ease while she cleaned his ears. She made us both feel super comfortable.
Jun 06, 2025 · Shannon PrimaveraWe’ve been taking both our cats and our dog here for years and their care is TOP TIER. The clinical staff, Dr. Burns, EVERYONE is incredibly sweet. Dr. Burns cares so deeply and really goes above and beyond ALWAYS (with pets AND pet parents)! We couldn’t ask for a better place to take care of our adopted family!SIDE NOTE: We really miss the mural in the front windows 🥲
Jul 01, 2025 · Mary CrawfordDr. Burns is the best! I will always recommend her. She always goes above and beyond for my three troublesome pups! The vet techs and front desk are always top notch too. Hennessy approved!
Apr 06, 2025 · Lauren BrunoThis is the nicest, friendliest animal care I have ever been to. First, they took me on the same day (impossible elsewhere) and the staff was amazing to both me and my dog Daisy. Everyone came very professional and so friendly I wish it was my doctor. They did the checkup, found that it was not as bad as we thought and I left with meds. No overcharging or telling me I needed to get this and that right away like many of the other clinics in the area, they gave me recommendations and offered me the estimate costs and I was on my way. This is my new Veterinary DVM office for my pets. I could not have asked for it to be any easier, enjoyable or cost effective. 5 STARS!!BTW: They also followed up via email with the receipt, summary of what was discussed and information on my pet's diagnosis. Priceless.
Apr 17, 2025 · William smithHad an appointment available the same day I called. Gave my dog his annual physical and gave some meds to address his allergies. Bruski is happy but won’t let me make the bed. Appreciate the prompt service he’s much less itchy.
