★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Everyone was so kind and patient with my large anxious boy. They took the time they needed but were also quick and efficient (important when you’re dealing with a dog that hates the vet and is anxious!)- we were in and out quickly but also felt we had great time and attention from the vet. It was a great balance and perfect for my nervous man. Dr. McSwain was great and Josh was so kind!!!
July 12 · Monica WI previously left a good review because I've always appreciated the staff at this location and how they treated my dog. However, recently there must have been a change in staff at the front desk. Twice within 2 weeks I have called to get my dog in due to health concerns. Both times I am being told there are no visits. I can do a bogus drop off and pick up around THEIR schedule. I have done this a few times before for routine care and they have taken more than a half of day for a pick up. To be told there are no appointments for a week when I am calling with a health concern AGAIN? Totally unacceptable. Also, the new girl at the front desk is very nonchalant, unhelpful, and quiet rude. I'd say more, but my review will be deleted for profanity. I'm pulling my pet from Banfield and canceling this month plan that I can't even use.
April 15 · Rachael ReneeI took in a stray cat and took him here first to make sure he was okay and he wouldn't transmit anything to the two I have now. They were open on Sunday and fit me for an appointment. They took good care of him and I'm appreciative of their work.
August 10 · ScottNEVER SIGN UP FOR BANFIELD WELLNESS PLAN!!OVERPRICED FOR BELOW AVERAGE SERVICE Read negative reviews and you see why taking your pet to Banfield is NOT a good idea. I have a few complaints like their diagnostics are unreliable. I have paid for overpriced services that don’t work BUYER BEWARE OF WELLNESS PLAN COSTS OVER $1200/year per pet is a rip off. $120 for a “medical shave”. See photos. There are so many other great vets in the area. I also just learned that Banfield was sued in class action lawsuit for excessive charges and unfair practices ESPECIALLY THE WELLNESS PLAN The only reason they remain in business is because they are conveniently located in petsmart
July 23 · greene KimberlyI was Eight minutes late to my appointment and had a confirmation text message that my appointment is at 2:30. The hospital manager Joshua lied straight to my face and told me that my appointment was at 2:15. I have to get shots for my puppy so that he doesn’t get Parvo I had to take time off of work for the appt, and Joshua the manager continuously gave me an attitude was a disrespectful and lied.
