We love Columbia City Vet! Our first experience with them was when our cat was very sick earlier this year and we sadly had to say goodbye. Their team took such great care of us and explained everything that was going on with the illness, worked us into the schedule when we were as ready as we could be to say goodbye, and the actual event was one of the most compassionate and kind experiences of my life. We truly felt loved by their entire staff, and the signed card that was sent to us a few days later really expressed to us their care.Further, we’ve now been in with our dog for a dental issue and we’re receiving the same care and compassion we were shown the first time. Dr. Lutton has been amazing dealing with our drama-filled chihuahua and has explained everything thoroughly. He was even willing to get her in sooner for a tooth extraction! The clinic is clean and smells amazing, their staff truly cares about you and your pet, and the location is convenient for us. We are looking forward to being long time customers with Columbia City Vet. - Rachel Walburn
