Quality Animal Clinic Reviews
They absolutely just wanna do quick exams and flea meds. If your looking for treatment of your pet and yourself to include attention to detail and respect DO NOT come here. I had to make several calls and several requests through email for weeks and weeks to get my babies lab results back. The receptionist finally emailed them to me after I requested a refund. No explanation as to what the test results indicated from the doctor. They absolutely should not be trusted with anything other than routine checks and flea meds. This is unfortunate since I had recommended them to family, who also had a poor and rude experience from the front desk receptionist. FYI
Feb 13, 2025 · Karina CruzThis was my first visit. I needed my dog to be taken care of due to his brain tumor. The staff answered my call right away. I was scheduled and they explained the details. They had the best price. I was worried that something could go wrong, without reason. The staff greeted me at the door and I wept loudly as we entered room 1. The doctor came in within minutes. She has such an amazing and calming manner. We talked and went through with the process. This was a gut wrenching experience made so much softer by the professionalism of the staff and the doctor here. I highly recommend.
Oct 10, 2024 · Dan RichardsonI have been taking my dog here for 5+ years and always appreciate the care he has received from Dr. Harrison and staff. I agree with some of the other reviews that this is not a place for emergency care and it would be good to have a backup plan for emergencies. As the office has gotten more popular/busier, they have been less efficient at communicating test results and things of that nature; maybe a patient portal would be helpful. In any case, these things seem par for the course for a local business that is serving a large community clientele and has not negatively impacted my dog’s care. I’m a loyal fan and appreciate all they’ve done to care for the community at an affordable cost.
Nov 18, 2024 · Jenna RichardsonMy orange Tabby named Kitty has been seeing Dr. Harrison for over 4 years. He only saw her for physical exams and flea medication since he had never gotten sick. This year I noticed that he was not his usual self so I brought him in for a check up. Dr. Harrison checked him and ordered lab work. I waited for the results and no one ever called me. I tried calling back for weeks but there was no answer or a return call. Finally after 2 weeks the receptionist answered the phone and told me that my cat had crystals in his urine and would need a special diet. I asked to speak to Dr. Harris but she was not available so I asked for a return call. The doctor never called me back. It took them another week to give me the prescription for my cats special diet. I am very disappointed on my community veterinary. They are very negligent with your pets health needs. Please do not go here if you don’t want to experience the same. I’ve been taking my cat to another Veterinarian Clinic and he is doing much better now.
