★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’m so incredibly thankful for this veterinary office. Dr. Fateh Batth is truly knowledgeable and compassionate. I brought my cat in after noticing she was losing weight and hiding a lot — something just didn’t feel right. Dr. Batth listened to her chest and immediately recognized that something was wrong. He recommended a chest scan right away, which ultimately revealed a very serious condition. She ended up being critically ill, with only a 50% chance of survival. I had to rush her to an emergency hospital, where she spent four days and underwent intensive treatment, including chest tube drainage. At one point, her chances dropped to just 10%.But somehow, she pulled through — and she’s now back under Dr. Batth’s care. I truly believe his quick thinking and expertise gave her a fighting chance from the start.I also want to give a big thank you to Mackenzie for being so patient and kind with me throughout the process, and to McKinley, who is one of the kindest and most caring people I’ve encountered in a vet office.I’m beyond grateful to the entire team. They treated my cat like their own, and that means everything. 🐾💛🐈
July 17 · EH ImportsAll my experiences here have been excellent until today, which is unfortunate. Best of luck. Response to your response….I assume this is not the DVM responding to this review when I arrived I furnished my pets vaccination records I was given quotes for my dog in the front office and I agreed to those quotes and it made sense to me , when I was in the back, I was handed different quote by the technician That included unnecessary shots , When I asked her what this other shot was and what it was for, she couldn’t explain it to me she said she would have to ask the DVM .so in my thoughts at that point all Credibility was lost. when I questioned about this is when there became a problem. I asked the technician to speak to the DVM again when he came in the room he presented to be upset, I was told that I was taking him away from his other patient .I paid for my 2 pets complete health exams , time spent with my pets was paid for , After I went home i researched the rabies vaccination and does have to be started over if there is a 12 month lapse so I can appreciate that being done properly . I believe these reviews are set up so you can improve your business and yourself ! And my first review I didn’t get personal. I wished you the best of luck! in your response you showed yourself to be unprofessional you posted information that was private to my pets visit , And for that, you should be ashamed of yourself! For everybody reading this just know if you don’t give him all the stars and give him a great review. He will respond like this to you. It seems as if he has to get the last word and prove you wrong to prove himself right Instead of taking what people say and learning from it, he will post clients, private medical information publicly which is unethical ! And shows poor character! In my opinion.A more proper response from him would’ve been thank you. I’m sorry it didn’t work out either best of luck and then he could have thought about what happened during my visit and try to improve his business and his bedside manner. But I’m sure he will respond to this also in the same negative way he responded Before.
August 29 · rebekah kaur HardyI have been going to this vet since my dog was a puppy, he is now 5 years old. The old vet retired and sold his practice which brings us to the current owner. My pup gets anxious when going to the vet so I take the preventative measure to muzzle him so as not to put him, or the team treating him, in a bad situation where he may bite one of the staff out of nervousness. He is a very loving dog who has never bitten anyone do to his normally easy going nature. My last visit at this vet was before I moved to another state, and I had to get his records for his new vet once I settled. I was astonished to find that the new owner/vet of this practice had made a notation on my pup's record that he was an aggressive dog. You can imagine how upset I was to see that written on his records when I have been taking him to the same vet since he was born. I have never had an issue with the previous vet, and there has never been an issue during visits to justify writing this on his records. I am glad that I am no longer able to take him here due to this. The rest of the team there was amazing as always during the visit, but even if I still lived in the area, I would not continue to take my pup there.
August 14 · Teri GideonI’ve been bringing my pets to Summer Hills Veterinary Hospital for a while now, and I can honestly say they have always treated us like family. Dr. Batth and his team genuinely care about the health and well-being of each pet, and it shows in every visit. They take the time to explain everything clearly, answer my endless questions, and always make my pets feel comfortable, even when they’re nervous. The front desk staff and techs are friendly and patient, making every visit a positive experience.I feel confident knowing my pets are in good hands here.
May 22 · SimratThe staff at Summer Hills Vet Office have taken excellent care of my lil English Springer Spaniel “Ripley” ever since I got him. He is not quite a year old yet but he loves taking a drive to his veterinary office. They give him so much love her, and he loves them right back. Today he got fixed so he’ll be down for a few days but then he’ll be right back to his normal self again. Thank you all so much!
