★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr.Collins is the best vet in Yamhill County. Fully recommend. She takes excellent care of all my animals needs
November 06 · Elsie DuynWe have been going to this vet office for over a decade, and in that time they have cared for 7 of our dogs, and previously (with Dr. Wood) our bearded dragons as well. Our animals as well as ourselves, have always been treated with the utmost respect, care, and kindness. I am an absolute lunatic of a pet mom when it comes to my fur kids (😂), and I have never once second guessed or worried about if my animals were getting the very best care they could get at this office. From the moment we set the appointment and walk thru the door, til the issue is resolved, the staff at 3rd street keep me informed, explain all the options, and take into account all factors when creating a care plan. I honestly cannot say enough about the positive experiences we have had over the years. When Dr. Wood retired, we had absolutely no question on staying with the amazing Dr. Collins. I owned an aggressive girl that would not hesitate to take off a body part of someone new, and Dr. Collins got on the floor with her, without hesitation, no fear, and my Dottie allowed her to examine her without so much as a side eye. Dr. Collins went out of her way to make sure our girl got the diagnosis and end-of-life care she needed, calling all over Portland and Salem to find the equipment needed to diagnose her. Which meant the world to me. More recently, they got our Tootie in, in less than 24 hrs, and got her spayed, avoiding a possibly bigger, more expensive emergency issue later. With vets generally scheduling so far out for spays, it was a huge relief to get her in so quickly. The care we receive is worth every penny and more, and I appreciate the amazing staff at Third Street so much! If you can get your pet in as a patient or even on a waiting list, I highly recommend this amazing office to care for your fur family members' needs.
November 04 · Stephanie CopleyI bring all my animals here, all the vet techs are sweet and caring. When asked if my cats are indoor or outdoor, I never felt judged for saying both inside outside cats, it's hard to keep the little boogers in. The vet honestly cares about the animals she works with, she gave me advice for my sweet 13 year old cats arthritis. When we got our sheltie puppy we were offered a puppy package that covered around 4 or so months of vaccines, flea, tick and heart worm protection and through health checks on our puppy. I've never gone with another vet so I can't compare pricing but I honestly feel like the pricing is reasonable and worth it for the care that we get. We will be staying with this vet as long as we live in Yamhill county.
August 17 · Ashley HudnallEveryone was very nice and attentive to my Chloe. Fixed his upset tummy and ears. He’s now 13 years old and much better.
November 01 · Judy HallquistDr.Collins is a blessing, she's so wonderful with animals. My Rosie is really nervous and she made her as calm as she could and allowed me and my kids to be with Rosie so she can be as comfortable as possible. She's an amazing doctor! Prices are very reasonable also, didn't break the bank on my dogs care and getting her what she needed.
