Animal Hospital of Sullivan County Reviews
I’m so thankful to Dr B; Jessica and Jack for an amazing job that they performed on our beloved girl Lulu. She’s a 6 yo Terrier mix and she developed terrible teeth; plaque and periodontal disease.Through 2 visits for an evaluation and annual vaccines we felt confident to bring her here for a very serious dental procedure.Dr B is always SO kind; informative and non judgmental. Jessica and Jack treated us very well and more so; took great effort to make sure Lulu felt comfortable and safe. They handled her with care.Yesterday was the day of the procedure; we were kept informed throughout with (3) calls from the Hospital to us! Never did we have to check on her; we were kept firmly in the loop.Upon pickup; I was extremely grateful for the affordable price we were given; which was on the lower scale of the detailed estimate Dr B had given us; with extremely detailed work performed. She absolutely is an incredible Dr and person. The best bedside manner I’ve ever seen from a Veterinarian (and I managed a pet hospital in my job history and have visited with the major pet hospitals in Orange Cty). She gave us a detailed breakdown of the procedure and our follow up instructions. Our Lulu is so much healthier now. I couldn’t be more pleased; grateful or Thankful that we found this Wonderful Veterinary Hospital. 10 out of 10 in every way. Strongly recommend that you bring your Pet Family here. Thank you :)))))
Oct 11, 2024 · Will NovaI have had pets all my life, this facility is highly recommended by me. Answered every question I had very politely and informally. Was able to make an appointment conveniently for the next day on my day off. Aleksandra, Kayleigh, and Alexis treated my cat with the upmost care. I would highly recommend this veterinary office to anyone.
Apr 18, 2025 · Amanda TonnessenUpdate: was a bit confused because when we came last year and asked about the puppy’s teeth, we were told they were absolutely fine. But this year, we were given a completely different assessment along with an estimate. On top of that, the estimate we were given for the day ended up being off by about $500 due to items we didn’t need. Even after we adjusted it, I was still asked to sign the incorrect version, and had to physically cross it out myself. We came here trusting them from the city, but this visit felt a bit off—as if they were trying to upsell us. That said, the doctor is still one of the best vets I’ve ever encountered. We want to take this time to thank you for seeing Beans the other day. We were so worried about him and our experience at your office was by far the best experience we have had with a veterinarian. We are so happy to be out of the city and to be patients of yours. You and your office were careful, honest and patient. Now our little pup is back to normal! Thanks so much
Apr 19, 2025 · Nora KennedyWonderful staff! Our dog developed an ear infection while on vacation and they were able to get us in first thing in the morning when they were booked up for most of the day. Very friendly team who made us and our dog feel well cared for. Thank you!
