Animal Medical Center Reviews
My wife and I have been using Animal Medical Center for over a year now. We recently had to schedule our 12.5 year old Great Dane's "final appointment." While that is never an easy appointment to go through, the staff couldn't have possibly done anything more to help us through such a difficult time. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience, one which focused on helping us enjoy our last moments with our sweet boy. My wife and I look back on that time with appreciation. What could have been a very cold, clinical procedure is instead remembered as a bittersweet family moment.
May 14, 2025 · J BeattyI had my dog who was 12 put down because he was suffering. I was a mess, Dr Powell told me that they could make a paw impression in clay for me for $40. With it I would receive an ink print of his nose and paw as well to hang on my wall.Today I received the paw print which they never even bothered to remove the floor dirt from his paw so now it is embedded into the print! His name that the previous owner gave him was Porkchop however I named him Chop and used that name for 10 yrs. They never removed the pork chop from his file like I requested. Now he is gone and I have a print with the wrong name, with dirt embedded in it, and I did not receive my ink prints. He is gone now and I have no way to rectify their careless rush job. I believe it’s time to switch vets to one who is not this disrespectful for a patient of 10 yrs and paying customer of 30 yrs!I am hurt to my core again just like his death, that was my remembrance of my loved one!!!!!!!! There is no fixing this just pure careless rush job that I will remember every time I think of my boy!!
Mar 19, 2025 · william skipperAnimal Medical Center has taken care of my Brussels Griffon Izzie for many years. We lost Izzie our Brussels Griffon on March 25, 2022. Izzie’s doctors were Doctor Koegel and Doctor Davis. Doctor Davis was very sensitive and caring during Izzie’s illness and tried to prepare us for the end of her life. Izzie was a sweet baby girl who did not warm up to many people, but she really liked Kimmie. We now have a baby boy Brussels Griffon Riley. Riley fell in love with Dr. Koegel and his Auntie Kimmie immediately! Animal Medical Center doctors and staff really care about their fur patients. I highly recommend Animal Medical Center.
