★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I cannot speak highly enough of Greek and Associates Veterinary Hospital. Over the years, I’ve trusted them with a range of beloved pets—including my sugar gliders years ago—and every experience has been consistently excellent. Most recently, I brought both my dog and pet rat in for care, and once again, GAVH exceeded expectations.Dr. Tom Greek not only treated our animals with the utmost compassion and skill, but also treated us—the humans—with patience, understanding, and a willingness to educate that’s truly rare. No concern was too small or silly to bring up, and he made sure we felt heard, informed, and reassured every step of the way. Our usually anxious pets actually relaxed in his care, which speaks volumes about his gentle and confident approach. Our rat underwent surgery to remove a mass, and when she experienced complications, Dr. Greek saw us immediately for an emergency visit. He resolved the issue at no additional charge and provided the supplies and guidance we needed to help her recover safely at home. That level of care and dedication is something we’ll never forget. The entire staff is not only kind and attentive, but also clearly passionate about their work. It’s incredibly comforting knowing this team is fully equipped to handle any exotic or complex medical issue thrown their way. That peace of mind is worth everything—which is exactly why I’ll continue to drive over an hour to ensure my animals receive care from GAVH.The clinic itself is spotless and welcoming, with beautiful exotic fish and reptile tanks that make each visit more enjoyable. I feel so lucky to have found this team, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the health and well-being of my animals.
July 13 · Lianne ParkerAlways takes great care of my rescue bearded dragons. When I get them they were abused physically and internally. Takes a lot of my time and money, I wouldn't have it any other way. Dr Greek, on his own accord gives me enormous discounts. When I asked him why, he said your taking in so many bearded dragons that seem beyond help, so I Wana help you by discounting your visits, and sometimes no charge. I mean, WOW! what vet does that for his patients. He is a true, very knowledgeable, and honorable Veterinarian.
December 07 · Da Kid From BrooklynI LOVE this vet, we have been bringing our hyper Boxer here since he was a puppy! Dr. Mertz is wonderfully kind, SUPER knowledgeable, patient and thorough when I ask many questions, I adore him. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Jill, she was THE nicest employee that Dr. Greek should be proud to call part of his team. She was extremely helpful with my situation, she went above and beyond providing STELLAR customer service, thanks again Jill! It makes me happy to take our dog to a veterinarian that cares about his needs and treats him with care & kindness.
June 06 · Mindy KGreek and Associates has been the best veterinary care I've ever seen for my pet parrot. It's such a relief to know Orange County has such talented, friendly, and knowledgeable vet staff that care for exotic animals as well as cats and dogs. The building is kept very clean and welcoming inside as well.Dr. Tom Greek himself is incredibly kind and experienced, I'm glad I can trust that he makes sure my pet is in good health. Thanks so much Greek and Associates!
May 07 · DeerbasicsWe brought our Ferret here today all the way from Victorville because we could not find a good vet to see Grim the ferret. We took him to one vet up the hill, but they charged $1000 just for lab work. Then when the results were back they had no idea how to proceed or where to get the medication he needed that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. The drive was horrible, but Dr Gaeraths was absolutely wonderful with him. She did an ultrasound just to be sure he didn't have other issues besides the adrenal problem, and did not charge us extra. We were really afraid that we wouldn't be able to afford the treatment, but it was very affordable, and they inserted the medication right away. Even tho the drive was horrible, it was well worth it, and Daisy and Grim are feeling much better. Thank you so very much for your help and care.
