We live on the Eastern Shore of VA and our cat Mavis had a large mass in her ear canal and needed TECA surgery. Our vet recommended JRVS and we are so happy they did. They were very accommodating and allowed us to do a consult and surgery same day where we had a 3 hour drive. They have been super responsive to my emails during her healing process. She is a totally different cat, running and playing like a kitten. She has never been more spry. Thank you for making my girl feel better!! - Mccaela holt
