Ashby Animal Clinic Reviews

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Highly recommend Ashby Animal Clinic! We move here from Ohio and the first week here our cat got sick with blood in her urine. We went to a practice right down the road because they could see us the fastest. $300 later we were sent home with medicine and we thought we were good to go. Week and a half later same symptoms back to the same vet and another $250 received an antibiotic for the exact same symptoms we were there for the first visit. We were never called about test results and it began to feel like we were getting milked for more and more visits with little explanation as to why we didn't do all the treatment first visit.Fast forward to coming to Ashby and they were so kind and taking the time to explain everything. Asked us if we felt the visit was thorough or if we wanted any additional tests but didn't push them on us. Sent home with new medication and Tinker Bell is doing great! So glad we found this animal clinic for our furbabies!
July 03 · Kristin JacksonMy experiences with the Ladies and J has been the best of my life with regards to animal care. I spend no less than two days a week at this facility and it feels like home. For me and my dogs. Recently we had to put to rest our Yorkie Peaches and it was the least painful passing of any animal in my 52 years. I contribute this to all the staff from Ashley, Sarah, and Wenny at the Desk to Dr May and Chelsea. So many names but all the best Vetenarian Staff in the world to me and my family.
April 25 · E PI just wanted to add an updated review, since it has been several years, I think, since I added a review. We absolutely love everyone at Ashby Animal Clinic, who have cared for our pets (and cared about us, too) for at least a couple of decades. One of our pets just had dental surgery and is doing well. We're grateful to have such wonderful people who obviously love what they do and do it so well.
February 18 · Christine RobinsonI have been going there for 3 years but will be transferring my animals after questioning services that had been done. I was simply asking Ashley and Dr Bell about services and I was treated very rudely. Ashley said I was yelling at her and hung up on me . I then called back and she said she would not talk to me so I asked for a Dr. Then when Dr Bell started the conversation I told her how rude that Ashley was and she said I have to take Ashley’s side she’s been with us for a long time… Wow I was questioning the service of my animals and why they we’re basically double treated for fleas and ticks. I thought we had that right… If you can’t handle customers with questions then maybe find a job where your not dealing with them
April 24 · Tammy FalterI have three cats and two dogs I take to this vet. I have had animals all my life and this is by far the best care I have ever received for my pets. It’s even been a factor in our discussion about moving away from the area. I have seen four doctors there and they are all exceptional.
