What is worth choosing
When considering veterinary care in College Station, Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital offers a compelling combination of convenience, comprehensive services, and professional staff. The full-service model is arguably its most significant advantage. Instead of going to one place for vaccinations and another for a surgical procedure, pet owners can rely on a single, trusted location for a wide range of needs, including routine wellness exams, dental care, and even emergency surgeries. This integrated approach simplifies pet care and allows for a more consistent health history and treatment plan for your animal.
The personal touch and professional attitude of the staff are also major reasons to consider Vetco. The positive feedback from a customer who was "highly encouraged and recommend" the location for all pet needs speaks to a high level of satisfaction with the personal attention and care received. The staff's dedication to professionalism and making the experience a positive one from start to finish is a key factor in building trust and a long-term relationship with clients.
However, it is also important to consider all public feedback, including the experiences of others. A less positive review highlighted concerns about a misdiagnosis and a subsequent need to seek care from a different vet. This type of feedback, while potentially a singular experience, underscores the importance of communication and thoroughness in veterinary care. It is a reminder for any pet owner to be an advocate for their animal and to ask detailed questions about a diagnosis and treatment plan. The presence of both positive and negative experiences in public reviews is not uncommon for any high-volume service provider, but it does mean a potential client should feel empowered to engage in clear and direct dialogue with the vet.
In conclusion, Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital is a worthy choice for Texas residents seeking a convenient and professional full-service veterinary clinic. Its wide range of services, coupled with its accessible location and positive customer service feedback, makes it a valuable resource in the College Station community. For those looking for a comprehensive pet care solution that can handle a variety of needs, Vetco Total Care provides a compelling option that aims to offer quality care for your beloved pets.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The personal attention from start of making appointments for the vet services to the grooming was best in class. Everyone is so personal and professional throughout our entire care for our babies. I highly encourage and recommend this Petco in College Station, Texas for any and all your beloved pets needs.
April 30 · Kenny BoundsI would not recommend. Took 3 month old puppy here when she was sick. Totally misdiagnosed, and pushed to buy unnecessary medication. Vet disregarded symptoms I described. Puppy got worse, over the next 24/48 hr, so I took her to another local vet, where they correctly diagnosed, treated, and prescribed correct medication. Within hours she was starting to improve. I won't go back to Vetco, nor do I recommend. This could have ended up much worse for our puppy if we had listened to the vet here.
August 28 · Yvonne KellyMay and Dr. Fisher were extremely friendly and professional. My cat got her vaccine and her annual checkup. We used to go to another vet in the past two years but decided to try vetco since they have the free exam for new customers. The wait was a bit too long. The appointment was at 10 am, but it was past 11 am for my cat to get the vaccine. Otherwise, it’s a nice clinic.
July 09 · Yanxiu GeI have used a few vet hospitals in my lifetime and this one tops the cake. The doctors bed side manner with your pet here is phenomenal. The staff is so friendly and they make you feel welcome. The staff shows you they have been trained right by their professionalism and treatment of your pet.
April 10 · Jimmy JamesI found a stray kitten who needed to be assessed by a vet asap and Vetco got me in and seen quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend, clean and staff are super nice and attentive. And there's a coupon to use for your first visit even better.
